Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, developing forecasts, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

• nalyze financial statements, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Support budgeting and long-range financial planning processes.
• Conduct profitability, cost, and ROI analysis for projects or business units.
• Provide financial insights to management for strategic and operational decisions.
• ssist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, accounting) to gather financial data.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Participate in audits, capital expenditure evaluations, and business case development.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Financial Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• dvanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
