This role will be a strictly management role. This individual must have adequate experience in all areas of the HVAC trade and be willing and able to encourage and teach others.

Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 /Year

A HVAC Install Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential or commercial properties. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that the installation is completed safely, efficiently, and according to industry standards.

Key requirements and responsibilities of a HVAC Install Manager include:

• Technical knowledge: A HVAC Install Manager must have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, including their design, installation, operation, and maintenance. They should also be familiar with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Project management: The HVAC Install Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire installation process, from the initial assessment to the final inspection. This includes creating project schedules, managing budgets, and coordinating with other contractors and suppliers.
• Staff supervision: The HVAC Install Manager is responsible for supervising a team of technicians and ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to complete the installation safely and efficiently.
• Quality control: The HVAC Install Manager is responsible for ensuring that the installation meets the highest standards of quality and is completed according to the customer's specifications.
• Customer service: The HVAC Install Manager is often the primary point of contact for the customer during the installation process. They must have excellent communication skills and be able to address any concerns or questions that the customer may have.
• Safety and compliance: The HVAC Install Manager must ensure that the installation is completed safely and in compliance with all industry regulations and safety standards.
• Overall, the HVAC Install Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that the installation of HVAC systems is completed safely, efficiently, and according to industry standards. They must have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a commitment to customer service and quality control.

Qualifications:

• 3+ Years residential HVAC Install experience + management experience
• Strong organizational leadership skills to lead and grow a team of technicians.
• Strong technical background in diagnostic skills on all residential and light commercial equipment.
• Ability to train proper technical diagnostic techniques on all equipment from basic to high efficiency inverter systems.
• Great attitude, high energy, great communication skills, sales driven.
• Strong computer skills (word, excel, adobe, etc.)
• Valid drivers license an ability to pass background test and drug screen.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors
